🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
• A polished, people-oriented communication style
• Experience with high-volume inbound calls
• Bachelor's degree in public health, biology, or related field
• Experience in administration, healthcare, sales, or customer service
• Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.
