📋 Description

• Own the strategy, roadmap, governance, and success metrics for complex AI programs, aligning with
• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple AI and tech initiatives (LLM-powered, automation, analytics
• Ensure projects meet scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and commercial objectives.
• Translate business challenges into defined technical workstreams, architectures, and plans.
• Establish program governance with cadences, steering committees, risk/issue management, exec
• Collaborate with client researchers, C-level, product, data, and engineering teams to maintain

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technology consulting/delivery, Big 3 or top-tier consultancy.
• 5+ years of program/portfolio management leadership of large multi-disciplinary tech programs with
• Proven track record taking AI/data/ML/LLM solutions from concept to production.
• Hands-on background in software engineering or data science, with familiarity in Python, Java, ML
• Ability to read and review code and provide input into architecture and design decisions.
• Strong understanding of the LLM lifecycle (development to monitoring).
