📋 Description

• Oversee and manage assigned program(s) for individuals with IDD
• Blend direct care with supervisory duties
• Coordinate operations, medical, financial, and maintenance aspects
• Develop and implement individual goals and plans
• Ensure staff orientation and ongoing training
• On-call flexibility; Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required
• 1 year direct experience with IDD participants
• 2 years management experience with development disabilities
• Strong decision-making, time management, communication
• Valid driver’s license
• Clear background check required
