• 10+ years' experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs in advanced technology
• Demonstrated track record operating at Director level, owning program portfolios and accountability
• Experience building, leading, and scaling a customer engagement model, team, processes, tooling
• Strategic thinking and customer engagement experience working with technical users to C-level
• Commercial acumen to identify renewal and expansion opportunities, aligning with Sales and Product
