• Contact and follow up with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, or Zoom
• Build rapport and identify the needs of potential clients
• Clearly communicate the value of RisenLead’s coaching programs
• Guide clients through the decision-making process with empathy and confidence
• Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets
• Maintain records and manage prospects using our CRM system
• Collaborate with the marketing and coaching teams to optimize the enrollment process

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in course sales, inside sales, counseling, or telecalling
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Confident, warm, and persuasive on the phone or video calls
• Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection
• Passionate about personal development, coaching, or education
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
