📋 Description

• Lead a strategic portfolio of contracts, programs, and projects
• Ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of program outputs
• Drive financial performance and monitor contract P&L
• Coordinate with sales, cross-functional teams, and execs
• Manage program scope, risks, and issues with mitigation plans
• Provide regular status updates to customers and management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in project/program mgmt, in transport/mobility or software integration
• Ability to align program objectives with business goals
• Strong business acumen: budgeting and contract negotiations
• Experience managing contract P&Ls and margins
• Leadership with cross-cultural communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree; PMP preferred; English C1 and German C1/native
