📋 Description

• Lead high-priority GTM initiatives from planning to execution and follow-up.
• Own GTM enablement roadmap, intake, prioritization, sequencing, and regional coordination.
• Build and run the EPD-to-GTM release process for Tier 1/2 launches with clear milestones.
• Enforce product-update communications across Slack and enablement channels.
• Provide leadership with concise program status, risks, and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in program management, strategy consulting, or cross-functional ops in tech.
• Track record of delivering high-visibility programs with fixed deadlines.
• Strong planning, dependency management, and execution follow-through.
• Clear communicator who can influence senior partners without formal authority.
• Understanding of enterprise B2B sales and GTM needs; fluency in technical products.
• Interest in automating coordination using AI and lightweight tooling.
