• Own end-to-end enablement for Public Sector sales reps from onboarding onward.
• Bridge PS BU onboarding with the broader Sales Enablement org; drive rep readiness in a

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a Sales Enablement, GTM Enablement, or closely related role.
• 2+ years in program management with end-to-end lifecycle ownership.
• Familiarity with federal/public sector sales environment, including compliance and procurement
• Proven ability to collaborate with Sales Leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams; navigate
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and meet deadlines in a fast-moving setting.
• Proficiency with the latest AI tools and systems to automate processes or enhance enablement impact
