Job Description:
We're after a Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist to support Display campaigns across our iGaming products. You'll traffic campaigns, set up creatives and tracking, and make sure every launch runs smoothly on our advertising platforms.
You'll need hands-on Ad Operations experience, ideally with Adform, because it has a steep learning curve. The day-to-day work is trafficking campaigns, implementing HTML creatives, ad tags and tracking, QAing everything before launch, and troubleshooting technical issues. Experience with iGaming or gambling brands is a bonus, not a deal breaker.
AI is a big part of how we work. The team uses Claude Code daily to automate workflows and run operations in Adform, and you'll be doing the same. You don't need to arrive as an expert, but you do need to be keen to work this way.
You'll support campaigns across EMEA, NA and APAC, work closely with internal teams and external partners, and report to our Programmatic Team Lead.
Manage banner ads and tags across our DSPs, including Adform and other direct networks
Upload and organise translated banners to our ad server
Apply on source siteListed via Himalayas
QA and troubleshoot so banners display correctly
Monitor and maintain correct percentage splits on direct deals
Run A/B tests on banners and report on how they compare
1–3 years in Ad Operations, Digital Advertising or Ad Tech
At least two years using a large DSP and ad servers (ideally Adform, but DV360, The Trade Desk or Amazon DSP work too)
Understanding of HTML5 creatives, third-party ad tags, JavaScript tags and VAST/VPAID tags
Experience implementing click trackers, impression trackers and conversion tracking
Experience creating and validating tracking URLs using UTM parameters and macros
Familiarity with pixels, conversion tracking and tag troubleshooting
Experience QAing creatives before launch across browsers and devices
Able to troubleshoot issues with creatives, redirects, tracking discrepancies and delivery
Good understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and building basic reports in Looker Studio
Able to juggle multiple campaigns at once
Based within 3 hours of GMT (we're in the UK)
Enough JavaScript, HTML and CSS to automate tasks like banner uploads and tag management
Experience with Display, Native, Video and CTV formats
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools, especially Claude Code, for automating workflows and troubleshooting
