Azumo is looking for a Project Manager to lead software development projects and personalized technology initiatives from inception to delivery.

As a Project Manager, you will be a key player within our IT Delivery team, collaborating cross-functionally with both business and technical teams. You will bring structure, accountability, and technical credibility to every engagement, bridging the gap between engineering teams and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

This is a hands-on, results-oriented role for someone who thrives on ownership, moves fast, and uses modern tools, including AI, to deliver better outcomes.

The position is FULLY REMOTE, based in Latin America.

Responsibilities:

Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines across all engagements.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and blockers, maintaining a live risk log and escalating issues with recommended solutions.
• Manage vendor and third-party relationships relevant to project delivery, including tracking SLAs and delivery commitments.

Agile Execution

• Apply Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies to manage project workflows, maintain healthy backlogs, and ensure timely, iterative delivery of software solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) ensuring actionable outcomes from each session.

Financial & Resources

• Own billing, time tracking, and budget management across projects, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Plan and optimize resource allocation to ensure the right people are on the right tasks at the right time.

Team Leadership

• Lead and support cross-functional teams through performance coaching, clear communication, and structured problem-solving, fostering a high-accountability culture.

Reporting & Documentation

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation: timelines, risk registers, status reports, RACI matrices, and resource allocation plans.
• Communicate clear project updates, escalations, and strategic insights to senior management and stakeholders using structured reporting cadences.
