🎯 Requirements

• At least four years of administrative, project coordination, PMO, contract support, or related
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare agenda, notes, decisions, and
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or comparable productivity tools; strong document-management skills.
• Experience coordinating travel requests, approvals, and vendor documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidentiality and attention to deadlines.
• Clear, plain-language communication and ability to produce accessible, well-formatted deliverables.
