🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in coordination, talent ops, or similar
• Detail oriented with strong communication
• Organized under shifting priorities, reliable
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working across time zones and in-person/remote
• Proficient with calendars and collaboration tools
