📋 Description

• Own interview scheduling and coordination across multiple teams/searches, including complex onsite
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep hiring processes moving
• Create an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience from initial interview through offer
• Manage onsite interview logistics and help create a thoughtful, welcoming experience for candidates
• Keep Ashby, ModernLoop, Notion docs, Juicebox and our other recruiting systems accurate and up to
• Identify scheduling conflicts, process bottlenecks, and candidate experience issues, and

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3+ years of work experience in recruiting coordination or another role that rewarded speed
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
• Comfortable working with senior leaders and managing frequently changing schedules and priorities
• Attention to detail
• Ownership + self-direction
