• 5+ years of sales, business development, or account management in the hospital or laboratory space within the U.S. Preferred experience with clinical or central laboratory services, water or environmental, medical, pharmaceutical, or biotech space with direct interaction with industry executive level decision-makers
• Strong understanding of water testing laboratory services and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., EPA, ISO, AAMI, TNI)
• Knowledge of hospital and healthcare facilities water treatment demand for high purity water. Experience selling into hospital systems is preferred
• Understanding and knowledge of AAMI ST108 and ability to explain to prospective clients. Ability to clearly engage on benefits of Ascend’s laboratory fit
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Ability to travel 30% of the time for client meetings, trade shows, industry meetings and events
• Competent computer skills, including MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated effective negotiation skills
• Detail oriented, critical and analytical thinking skills, and problem-solving skills

Compensation:

- $150,000-$250,000 OTE
