Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, fluent German-speaking Business Development Representative to join a fast-paced sales team. In this role, you will be the engine of the sales pipeline, initiating first contact with potential partners and qualifying opportunities through high-volume outreach. This is a fully remote position designed for a self-starter who thrives on hitting targets, navigating conversations with confidence, and building a foundation for a successful career in international sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns to identify and qualify new business leads.
• Manage a consistent pipeline of activity to ensure monthly and quarterly meeting targets are met.
• Communicate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively to stakeholders via phone and email.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs and align them with the team's solutions.
• Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition of qualified opportunities.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in German (written and verbal).
• Professional bilingual proficiency in English.
• Proven resilience and a high level of comfort with high-volume cold calling.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Previous experience in B2B Tech or SaaS sales.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
• Formal sales training or experience in lead generation.
