What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking information and assistance. Every interaction is an opportunity to provide exceptional service while helping people connect with important community resources.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Professionally answer inbound customer inquiries.
• Listen carefully to understand each customer's needs.
• Provide accurate information and connect customers with available community resources.
• Research programs and services to best assist callers.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Maintain confidentiality while following company procedures.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.
