20four7VA is rebuilding its outbound engine under a newly structured Growth Department. We are hiring two execution-focused sales callers to run structured outbound calling across three pipelines, each with different scripting:
This is not “set appointments at any cost.” The primary objective is qualified meetings only. Callers must be comfortable asking direct qualification questions (budget, authority, urgency, need) and avoiding low-value bookings.
This role operates VOIP-only (company-provided phone system) and uses spreadsheet-based logging. Lead access is batch-assigned and compartmentalized to protect company data. Strict NDA and confidentiality compliance are required.
