The Sales Administration & Pricing Analyst provides critical support to the sales organization through pricing administration, customer administrative fee reporting, sales reporting and analytics, and identification of bid and growth opportunities. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Contracts, Customer Service, and Pricing teams to ensure accurate reporting, data integrity, and commercial support.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of transforming sales and market data into actionable insights that support revenue growth, contract compliance, and customer retention. This position reports to the Systems and Data Analytics Manager-Americas and is part of the Commercial Operations located in Deerfield, USA and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Prepare, validate, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual administrative fee reports. Reconcile sales transactions and fee calculations against customer contract requirements.
