📋 Description

• Own outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification for 1,000+ employee employers.
• Identify target accounts and execute outreach campaigns across channels.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales, Marketing, and Consultant Relations to maximize conversions.
• Maintain a robust pipeline aligned to Galileo's ICP.
• Provide discovery insights and handoffs with Sales for qualified opportunities.
• Document outreach, cadences, and next steps in CRM and internal systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Inside Sales, Business Development, or Sales Development experience.
• Experience selling to large employers (1,000+ employees) and healthcare context.
• Knowledge of employer-sponsored healthcare, benefits, and related solutions.
• Preferred: Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, MEDDPICC or similar.
