📋 Description

• Be the first point of contact for inbound leads — demo requests, content downloads, and
• Run qualifying and discovery conversations to surface prospect pain and tie it back to Miter modules
• Communicate Miter’s value proposition and schedule meetings for Account Executives
• Follow up with leads that don’t self-book, across phone, email, and other channels
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and maintain clean pipeline in Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

• No prior experience required; transferable experience is a plus
• Highly organized with ability to manage a high volume of inbound leads
• Strong written and verbal communication; energetic, personable first impression
• Natural relationship builder; partners well with AEs
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to build a long-term sales career
• Grit, resilience, and team-first attitude
