• Be the first point of contact for inbound leads — demo requests, content downloads, and
• Run qualifying and discovery conversations to surface prospect pain and tie it back to the relevant
• Communicate Miter’s value proposition and business impact, booking qualified meetings (SALs) for
• Follow up persistently with every lead that no-shows or doesn’t self-book, re-engaging across
• Partner closely with Marketing on campaigns and lead quality, and own your activity and pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• No prior experience required — prior SDR work, cold calling, or transferable experience from
• Highly organized — you can juggle a high volume of inbound leads and follow-ups, staying on top of
• Strong written and verbal communication — as the first point of contact at Miter, you’re energetic
• A natural relationship builder who partners closely with AEs, asks sharp questions, and stays
• Self-motivated and coachable, with a strong desire to build a long-term career in Sales
• Grit, resilience, and a strong work ethic — you bring consistent energy and bounce back quickly
