• Qualifying and routing inbound leads through self-service and inside sales channels
• Engaging with prospects via phone calls, emails, live chat, Slack and Salesforce
• Meeting monthly quotas based on product demonstrations booked and completed

🎯 Requirements

• Confident and clear communication skills with excellent writing and presentation skills
• Excellent task organization and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task efficiently
• Experience with CRMs, Health Scoring, Live chat, Knowledge bases (nice to have)
• Experience conducting customer meetings digitally (e.g., Zoom/Teams) or in person (nice to have)
• Patience working in an industry where not all users are tech-savvy (nice to have)
