• Identify sales prospects
• Develop and execute quarterly sales plans to expand the existing client base and generate new business
• to meet established quotas
• Create and maintain accurate records in our CRM tool including notes, emails, and pending activities
• Consistently provide the best possible client experience
• Exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine a customer’s needs
• Develop price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate, and profitable
• Prepare contracts and pricing strategies for target accounts and submit all required documentation
• Work collaboratively with the ASW team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation to final billing
• Properly prepare for and participate in weekly sales meetings at the office.
• Establish professional relationships with manufacturers’ sales and engineering personnel
• Follow up on leads within 24 hours of client inquiry
• Represent company at technology sessions and trade shows, as recommended
• Participate in training and professional development activities

Metrics:

• Maintain an NPS score of 85 or better.
• Meet or exceedgross profit targets

Requirements

Education/Certifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s Degree or some college preferred
