Technical Excellence 

• 6+ years of experience in backend engineering. We operate on a modern JVM stack (Java 25, Spring Boot 4). We care deeply about your engineering fundamentals—distributed systems, architectural trade-offs, and clean code—rather than specific language proficiency. If you are a strong engineer from a different ecosystem  and are excited to learn Java/Spring, we welcome you.
• A track record of writing clean, maintainable code and a strong belief in best practices like code reviews, open feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Deep familiarity with backend development, including databases, synchronous/asynchronous communication, and distributed systems.
• Experience with web development technologies such as REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• The ability to design technical solutions that balance latency, throughput, and scalability.
• A passion for learning new technologies, tools, and patterns to solve problems effectively.
