Support the commissioning, performance monitoring, and operational diagnostics ofSolbankBattery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

This role requires strong technicalexpertisein BESS systems, data analysis capabilities, and familiarity with control and communication protocols used in energy storage applications.
Assistwith commissioning and troubleshooting ofSolbankBESS systems under the direction of the Performance Engineering Manager.
Analyzeoperational and performance data toidentifytrends, system inefficiencies, and potential fault conditions.
Support remote and on-site diagnostics of BESS faults, alarms, and performance deviations.
Assistin capacity testing, data collection, and analysis.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Maintain technical documentation including system performance reports and diagnostic logs.
Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on system performance and reliability.
Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with safety protocols, engineering standards, and company policies.
Maintain and improve system reliability and performance.
Team up with talented colleagues and partners to achieve project goals.
