• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product knowledge, networking, software
• Build and maintain subject matter expertise of all Axon products, solutions, and policies.
• Assist customers using problem solving skills and customer empathy.
• Report bugs and trends to stakeholders and suggest process/performance improvements to management.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years technical support experience in software, hardware, web-based solutions, or e-commerce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; multilingual ability a plus.
• Proficient with Windows, mobile devices, and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Must pass a CJIS background check and maintain confidentiality.
