📋 Description

• Hands-on data engineering for a broadband infra monitoring platform and BEAD programs
• Build, optimize, and maintain data infrastructure across AWS and GCP
• Spend time on Airflow DAGs, data models, and scalable data movement
• Partner with product/engineering to balance cost, performance, maintainability
• Evaluate data tools and infrastructure choices with a product-first mindset
• Own data lake/warehouse architecture and data lifecycle management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years data engineering, production systems ownership
• Strong SQL (PostgreSQL, Athena/Presto) and Python
• Deep AWS data services experience (S3, Athena, RDS, ECS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch)
• Airflow or similar orchestration in production
• Large-scale time-series, event-based, or streaming data systems
• Vector databases and LLM integration patterns (LangChain, AWS Bedrock, or similar)
