Description:

• Own the event-streaming backbone for the k0rdent-ai platform, managing multi-tenant control for enterprise GPU infrastructure.
• Design and operate the end-to-end streaming pipeline, ensuring reliable data movement for analytics, billing, and observability.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in software, data, or platform engineering with hands-on experience in production event-streaming platforms.
• Expert-level knowledge of Apache Kafka, including administration, tuning, and capacity management.
• Strong experience with Kafka Connect, CDC tools, and schema governance.
• Proficient in Java, Python, or Go for building connectors and transformations.
• Solid SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Kubernetes fluency and experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Clear written communication skills for documentation and design reviews.
