This role spans strategic technical discussions, solution architecture design, implementation support and long-term client management. You’ll collaborate across engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure we deliver best-in-class service and innovation. **Key Responsibilities** - Engage with technology executives, engineers, and stakeholders in pre-sales technical conversations and long-term relationship management. - Design, develop, and oversee solutions to ensure successful deployment of Kosli, meeting customer control and audit requirements. - Develop end user documentation, tutorials, blog posts, and videos explaining the capabilities of Kosli - Provide product feedback to the engineering team, contributing to the product roadmap with customer insights. - Help shape Kosli’s service offerings, including training and onboarding programs for new customers. - Support marketing efforts through content creation, including blog posts, webinars, and live events. - Collaborate in the Sales and Field Services Team to deliver exceptional customer service. **You might be a great fit for this role if you have:** - Live in London or Edinburgh or are within commutable distance - Solid experience in DevOps and Platform Engineering - Proven architectural and design skills - Programming and scripting languages (Python, Go, YAML, JSON etc.) - Policy as code, for example Open Policy Agent and Rego. - Git and version control workflows - CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab etc.) - Container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) - Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, CloudFormation) - Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - A background in financial services or similar regulated industries - Familiarity with compliance frameworks, and security
