We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of FP&A to lead and support our global Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This role will serve as a key partner to our GTM leadership team, including our CRO, helping shape the strategy, operating rhythm, and performance of the business.
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the GTM finance function during a critical phase of growth. As a senior leader within Finance, you will play a central role in driving how we scale revenue globally - bringing clarity to our growth strategy, ensuring disciplined execution, and helping position Arctic Wolf for its next stage of expansion.

This role sits at the center of Arctic Wolf’s next phase of growth. You’ll have the opportunity to build and shape the GTM finance function, partner directly with the CRO and leadership team, and play a key role in how we scale revenue globally.
