Senior Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer / Solution Architect to join a complex implementation and data migration programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support custom Dynamics 365 CE functionality, including C#/.NET plugins and JavaScript/TypeScript web resources.
• Customize and extend Model-Driven Apps in line with business and technical requirements.
• Define and implement data migration approaches covering source analysis, data mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading.
• Design, develop, and maintain Azure-based services, including Azure Functions and Logic Apps, for integrations, automation, and asynchronous/background processing.
• Develop robust integration solutions using REST/OData APIs, middleware, custom APIs, connectors, and appropriate Dataverse integration patterns.
• Implement solutions involving complex data relationships, including approaches for scenarios requiring N relationship workarounds or connection entities.
• Establish and maintain ALM and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps, including solution packaging, source control, environment management, and automated deployments.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Project Managers, and other technical teams to convert business requirements into maintainable and scalable solutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and help ensure that delivered solutions meet required standards for security, scalability, maintainability, and performance.

What We Are Looking For:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong development background combined with the ability to operate at solution architecture level.
• Proven ability to work on enterprise-scale implementations and complex data migration projects.
