• You will decompose product guidance into use cases and functional requirements.
• Be responsible for architectures and requirements sets for assigned system-level areas as part of

• Author and maintain systems engineering artifacts to accelerate Hardware Development efforts.
• Unblock multidisciplinary teams with new perspectives and requirements to ensure quality hardware
• Use data and engineering experience to qualify work products and align with organizational goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CE/CS/EE/Robotics/Mechatronics or related field; 4+ years, or equivalent with
• Strong verbal and written communication for multi-domain decisions.
• Experience designing, implementing and testing complex hardware/software systems.
• Knowledge of safety/security and other built-in quality attributes.
• MBSE basics; experience with Jama or Polarion a plus.
• Familiarity with requirements management databases and processes a plus.
