📋 Description

• Own onboarding and provisioning activities for customers
• Partner with Success, Sales, Operations, Support, and Enablement to scale onboarding
• Guide customers through initial journey with scalable processes
• Build and maintain relationships during onboarding and migrations
• Develop workflows, automation, and tools to improve onboarding efficiency
• Ensure smooth transitions between teams and maintain communication

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with external customers in onboarding/implementation roles
• Proven experience managing onboarding processes from initial engagement to handoff
• Strong SaaS and cloud-based tech understanding
• Cross-functional collaboration skills across CS, Sales, Ops, Support
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Proactive, leadership mindset with ability to work without direct authority
