📋 Description

• Own DevRel end-to-end strategy and roadmap aligned with product and business goals.
• Build and lead a high-performing DevRel organization with senior and junior talents.
• Scale repeatable DevRel programs across content, integrations, talks, demos, workshops, events, and
• Serve as a visible technical voice through hands-on work like videos, presentations, and workshops.
• Develop new technical voices inside/outside Tailscale to extend DevRel presence.
• Lead community initiatives that identify developer needs and enable new use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Developer Relations, advocacy, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years managing technical contributors and scaling a DevRel function.
• Strong technical credibility with developers and engineers.
• Experience building multi-channel DevRel programs with portfolio-level impact.
• Ability to translate priorities into a DevRel strategy, roadmap, and execution plan.
• Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
