📋 Description

• Own the CRO and experimentation roadmap, including opportunity identification, prioritization
• Lead the full experimentation lifecycle, from hypothesis development and test design through
• Design and manage A/B, multivariate, and multi-page experiments using behavioral analytics, UX
• Analyze prospective customer journeys to identify friction, abandonment, and conversion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, HCI, or related field; Master’s
• 7+ years in CRO, experimentation, website experience management, personalization, digital
• 2+ years in strategy, program ownership, or leadership responsibilities.
• Experience administering A/B testing and personalization platforms (Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO
• Proven ability to develop CRO roadmaps, KPIs, prioritization frameworks, and communicate results to
