Summary

One week you're building the launch strategy for a five-star resort. The next you're building the go-to-market for a spirits brand nobody in the Caribbean has heard of yet. That range is the job. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist who can look at a business, work out what will actually move it, and build the plan that gets there across every channel.

You will build and evolve the client strategies, read the performance data as it lands, and drive the change when something is not working. This is a dedicated strategy role: Account Managers own the day-to-day client relationship and delivery, specialist teams execute the channel work, and your week goes on the thinking, the analysis and the recommendations that reach the client.

It is also a brand new role, which means you will have a real hand in shaping how it works: the cadence, the standards, and the way strategy shows up across our accounts.

We are an award-winning marketing agency headquartered in the Cayman Islands, with a team spread across the UK, Ireland, Serbia and South Africa. We handle brand, marketing, social, video and web, and all of our clients are based in the Caribbean.

Those clients are why the work stays interesting. They run from luxury hospitality and real estate to government, utilities, finance, healthcare, non-profits, and more.

We are small enough that your thinking reaches the client without passing through many layers of approval, and established enough that you are working on budgets with real accountability. We also lean hard on AI, building and running agents that take on research, operations, data pulls and first drafts so our people spend their time thinking rather than assembling. We will expect you to work that way, and to help us push it further.

What you will do

• Own marketing strategy across email, paid, social, experiential and PR

• Turn client business goals into channel plans our specialist teams can execute

• Set the creative and content direction that campaigns are built from

• Interrogate performance data continuously rather than only at reporting time, so problems get caught while there is still time to fix them

• Write the analysis and recommendations that reach the client: what happened, why, and what we are doing about it

• Recommend and drive the pivot when an approach is not delivering, before the client has to ask

• Build and maintain brand playbooks, and keep us ahead of platform and trend shifts

Salary: 35K - 45K USD a year
