🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations.
• 5 to 8 years in OEM/JDM/ODM hardware with CM experience.
• Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• On-site in Hayward, CA (3 days/week).
• FAA Part 107 certification encouraged/required for certain roles.
