StellarTech builds and publishes B2C mobile subscription apps in edtech, and our growth runs on performance marketing at scale. As the business grows, more and more of what matters happens between teams: Growth, Marketing, Monetization, Creative Production, Product, Analytics, Platform and Payments. That is exactly where this role sits.

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager who can take a complex, unstructured business problem and carry it end-to-end: from framing the problem and finding the real root cause, through assessing business value and economics, to stakeholder alignment, execution and a result that holds. You will report directly to the Operations Lead and work across the company as a senior individual contributor.

This is a hands-on senior IC role with no direct reports at the start. It is not a coordination role and not a pure strategy role. It is for someone who wants to grow as a full Senior Business Operator by solving real business problems, with direct exposure to C-level and to the core Growth functions of the company.

Role responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end: structure the problem, plan the approach, align stakeholders, manage dependencies and risks, make decisions and drive execution through to a result.
• Break down problems and opportunities across Growth, Marketing and Monetization: identify root causes and bottlenecks, assess business value, economics and trade-offs, and recommend what should be changed, launched, scaled or stopped.
• Analyse and redesign processes, ownership and the way teams work together; introduce new operating mechanisms and ways of working.
• Lead individual launches and initiatives related to acquisition, creative production, funnels, monetization and Growth scaling.
• Build governance, repeatable processes, playbooks, decision-making rules and feedback loops between Growth, Marketing, Monetization and other functions.
• Work daily with senior stakeholders across Growth, Growth Tech, Creative Production, Product, Analytics, Platform, Payments and Finance, and move initiatives forward without formal authority.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years in Operations, Business Operations, Growth Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program Management or Transformation.
• Experience in a large, systemic company or a scale-up environment where you personally built or substantially improved scalable processes, operating models, governance or cross-functional systems.
• Practical experience with a Growth / Performance Marketing context: paid acquisition, marketing funnels, web2web and/or web2app models, Growth economics, and regular work with Growth, Performance Marketing, Creative Production, Product, Analytics and Monetization teams.
