• Own end-to-end planning and coordination for chatbot automation initiatives across Shopper and
• Drive program execution in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and evolving roadmap.
• Build and maintain operational infra for CX Technology Programs, including tracking and
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and CX operations to translate goals into milestone plans.
• Identify gaps and blockers, adding structure to under-resourced programs to momentum.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program management within tech/e-commerce or CX orgs.
• Experience managing multiple programs with cross-functional stakeholders and clear status delivery.
• Background with automation, AI, or chatbot tech in an operational context.
• Proficiency with Jira, Asana, Monday.com or similar; data-driven progress tracking.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and establish momentum quickly.
