Requirements:

• Must be located in the USA and a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years with Ruby on Rails applications.
• Strong fundamentals in Ruby, Rails, relational data modeling, SQL, and experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (Hotwire preferred).
• Ability to verify work with automated tests and troubleshoot application behavior.
• Clear communication skills and experience using AI tools in engineering.
• Interest in creating consistent, accessible user interfaces.
