Description:

• UpDoc is an early-stage startup creating a clinically validated AI agent for chronic disease management, founded by Stanford physicians.
• Seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Automation to streamline high-friction processes across engineering, operations, and compliance through reliable software.
• This is a fully remote position.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in backend, platform, or developer productivity roles.
• Strong Python skills and experience in building backend services, APIs, and reliable production systems.
• Ability to transform ambiguous problems into effective technical solutions independently.
• Strong judgment in system design, testing, reliability, and maintainability with a history of end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
