📋 Description

• Join the Metadata team for the dbt platform, focusing on discovery API, catalog, lineage, and run
• Own end-to-end feature design and delivery across high-throughput APIs and data models.
• Collaborate with product, QE, and engineers to deliver scalable, reliable, high-quality software.
• Write and review designs, improve test coverage, and reduce tech debt.
• Participate in on-call rotations and follow security best practices.
• Use AI tooling to accelerate development and SDLC artifacts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software experience, backend/services focus.
• Proficiency with Python, Rust, or modern backend languages.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud concepts.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong code review, design, troubleshooting, and testing skills.
• Familiar with GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and high-throughput data services.
