About the Role

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with deep experience in Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, cloud-native applications. This role will have significant technical ownership, contribute to architecture and engineering standards, and mentor other developers while working closely with product and platform teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET 6+/Core).
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure (e.g., App Services, Functions, AKS, Service Bus, SQL, Storage, Key Vault).
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps; promote DevOps best practices across teams.
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and architectural guidance.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure high standards for code quality, security, performance, reliability, and observability.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues and drive root cause analysis and remediation.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers; contribute to hiring and onboarding.
• Continuously improve engineering practices, tooling, and delivery processes.
