🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Java internals and JVM memory management; ability to write high-performance
• Proven experience profiling and optimizing distributed systems; experience with benchmarking tools
• Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture, partition tolerance, and scaling large
• Experience using AI or advanced tooling to accelerate optimization and automate benchmarking
• Strong collaboration skills to work across teams and drive distributed-team decisions with
