We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to primarily focus on back-end development, contributing to the maintenance and new feature development of our advertising technology platform. You will work closely with a team of experienced engineers and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle to drive innovative solutions.   This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah. What is a day in the life of a Senior Software Engineer? What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days? 30 Days: Complete technical onboarding, integrate into the two-week sprint cycle, and deliver initial contributions focused on resolving high-priority technical debt or back-end service improvements. 60 Days: Independently take ownership of a significant feature or a foundational enhancement to a data pipeline within the platform, actively contributing design and collaborating on roadmap planning. 90 Days: Independently scope, design, and drive a complex back-end project (e.g., a new service or a major system overhaul).
