As a Senior Tax Accountant, you'll lead complex assignments, collaborate with junior accountants, and work directly with our clients to provide expert tax guidance & prepare tax returns. Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis of financial information and preparation of financial reports to determine or maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities for clients.
• Oversee and prepare various tax returns, including 1040, 1040NR, FBAR, 1120, 1120S, 1120F, 1065, and 5471.
• Review and process incoming financial documentation such as such as bank statements and client documentation.
• Facilitating clients to ensure they are complying with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional accounting and tax-related responsibilities as assigned.
