What You'll Be Doing: - Customize and configure applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and related front-end technologies. - Collaborate with solution architects to deliver secure, scalable, and reusable design solutions. - Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to peer code reviews. - Support client engagements, document technical requirements, and provide training as needed. - Perform testing, debugging, and quality control with minimal supervision. - Ensure solutions meet security and accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508). Required Education, Experience, and Skills: - Bachelor's degree required. - WebEOC experience required. - 5 years of professional experience in web development (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML, XSLT). - Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role. - Strong experience writing test cases and troubleshooting complex technical issues. - Experience working in Agile Scrum or Kanban environments. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills. - Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills: - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases. - Experience working within a customer’s secure remote environment. - Knowledge of emergency management systems or public sector IT. - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and automated testing tools. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools such as GitLab. - Certified WebEOC Administrator, or willingness to obtain certification within 12 months of hire. Our estimated salary range for this position is $ 100,000- $ 160,000; this presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Offered salary is based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements as appropriate to the role. *Salary could fall outside of this range.
