About the Client You'll be placed full-time with a fast-growing U.S. digital marketing agency that builds and manages websites for a portfolio of small and mid-sized business clients across multiple industries. They need one person who owns SEO across all of those client sites — not a task-taker, but the agency's in-house SEO expert. The Role This is a "Swiss Army knife" SEO role. You won't be working on one website. You'll be working across a portfolio of client sites built on different platforms — WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and others — and you need to be comfortable jumping between them without hand-holding. One day you're fixing crawl errors on a Webflow site. The next you're building out a local SEO plan for a service business, writing content briefs for an e-commerce client, and presenting a monthly report to the agency's account manager. What You'll Own - Technical SEO across all client sites: audits, Core Web Vitals, crawl and indexing issues, redirects, site architecture, schema markup - Platform-specific implementation on WordPress (Yoast/RankMath, page builders) and Webflow (CMS collections, custom code embeds, SEO settings), plus Shopify and other builders as needed - Keyword research and search intent mapping for clients in very different industries - On-page SEO: titles, metas, headers, internal linking, content optimization - Local SEO for service-based clients: Google Business Profile, citations, service-area and location pages - Content strategy: briefs and content calendars that writers can execute - Link building and digital PR outreach - New website launches: SEO migration checklists so clients don't lose rankings when a site is rebuilt - Reporting: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush — rankings, traffic, conversions, clearly explained - Being the SEO voice inside the agency: telling account managers what each client needs next and why You're a Fit If You Have - 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency environment managing multiple client accounts at once - Proven results you can show with screenshots (GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar) - Real, hands-on experience with both WordPress and Webflow — you've built or optimized live sites on each - Strong technical SEO fundamentals: you can read a crawl report, diagnose why something isn't indexing, and fix it yourself - Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and the ability to implement schema and technical fixes without waiting on a developer - Fluency with Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs or Semrush - Excellent written and spoken English — you'll communicate directly with the U.S. team and occasionally clients - The ability to work U.S. hours consistently with reliable internet and backup power - Strong organization: you can juggle 10+ client accounts and know what's due on each without being reminded Nice to Have - Experience with Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, or GoHighLevel websites - E-commerce SEO experience (product pages, collection pages, faceted navigation) - Familiarity with AI search / generative engine optimization (AI Overviews, ChatGPT search visibility) - Experience running or supporting Google Ads / Local Service Ads - Basic understanding of CRO and landing page optimization What You Get - $1,500–$2,200 USD/month, full-time, long-term, paid in USD (and converted to your local currency) - HMO coverage after 90 days — you pick the plan and provider that's right for you and your family, and we cover it - Performance bonuses after 90 days - Paid onboarding and SOPs so you start with clarity, not guesswork - A dedicated RevStone team lead who supports you throughout the placement - Stable work with a growing U.S. agency — not project-to-project freelancing How We Hire - Apply below (5 minutes) - Short SEO knowledge screen - Paid technical audit test on a real client site (one WordPress, one Webflow) - Interview with RevStone, then a meet-and-greet with the agency - Offer In Your Application, Please Include - 2–3 examples of SEO results you personally drove, with screenshots - Links to at least one WordPress site and one Webflow site you've worked on - The SEO tools you use daily - Your available start date We read every application.
