📋 Description

• Own design and landing of features that make Roblox more secure and accessible for all users.
• Collaborate cross-organizationally with Growth, Discovery and Roblox Safety teams.
• Help define goals and influence product direction.
• Influence early user experience and baseline security expectations.
• Instrument and analyze user interaction data (A/B tests, usage metrics).
• End-to-end implementation across the stack in Rust, C++, and Lua as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering/CS.
• Experience working on user-facing applications or services.
• Proficiency in Rust, C#, and Javascript.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to safety, data integrity, and safety policy compliance.
