• Design, write, and deliver scalable Go services and Python components
• Improve availability, latency, and efficiency of Reddit’s Content Platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Reddit
• Maintain and evolve Tier-0 infrastructure and core data models
• Contribute to on-call responsibilities and monitoring
• Support next 2+ years of platform growth

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in production software engineering
• Proficiency in Go and/or Python
• Experience with Cassandra, Postgres, Redis
• Cloud infrastructure: Kubernetes, AWS, GCP
• Familiarity with API design and scalable services
• Strong cross-team communication
